Poppy Ride |

It was great to join the Royal British Legion and the IPT for the annual #PoppyRide in Parliament today ahead of Remembrance Day this weekend.

MPs and Peers have taken part in a 10-hour static bike ride, each cycling as far as we can on an exercise bike in 5 minutes (I managed 3.19km!) and trying to beat their colleagues to top the leader board!

All money raised helps the Royal British Legion provide lifelong financial, social, and emotional support for the Armed Forces community.
